How does the 30-day free trial work?

Sign up for any of our plans. If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Testimonial Director is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months or years.

Do I pay transaction fees?

Nope. No matter how many times your customers submit feedback or your prospects view testimonials, you pay the same.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal.

What is a Web Site?
This refers to the number of domains that you can use Testimonial Director to request and publish testimonials. For example, if you wanted to collect and show testimonials on any web page within .acme.com, then that would be one domain. Subdomains (for example, sub.acme.com) are included within that domain.
What is an Admin?
An admin is user in your organization who can access your Testimonial Director account and review, edit and approve testimonials for publishing.
Your Investment
There are no long term contracts. You simply pay month-by-month (annual plans are also available) and you can cancel at any time. And of course, you don't pay anything until after your 30 day trial is completed (and you don't decide to cancel).
